Admission process



Balmandir (2025-26)

  • Date of birth of the child must be between April 02, 2022 and June 01, 2023 for admission to Balmandir 2025-26
  • Application forms will be available at Balmandir office from January 15, 2025.
  • Last date for submission of forms is January 30, 2025.
  • Interaction with students and parents will commence on February 10, 2025

Balvatika (2025-26)

  • Application forms will be available at the office of Kalyani Shala primary section from February 15, 2025.
  • Last date for submission of forms is February 25, 2025.

Grades 1 to 8 (2025-26)

  • Application forms will be available at the office of Kalyani Shala, primary section from April 15, 2025.
  • Last date for submission of forms is April 25, 2025.
  • Admissions will be offered subject to availability of seats

Grades 9 to 12 (2025-26)

  • Application forms will be available at the office of Kalyani Shala, higher secondary section from April 15, 2025.
  • Last date for submission of forms is April 25, 2025.
  • Admissions will be offered subject to availability of seats
The school upholds absolute transparency in its admission process. Admissions are based on the decisions made by the Admission Committee. Recommendations or request letters regarding admission will lead to rejection of the application. The school does not accept any favours, including donations or capitation fees. The Admission Committee reserves its rights on matters related to admissions.
